UMI – Record Growth in 30 Days for Sonography School

A fairly new client, United Medical Institute is a fully accredited diagnostic medical sonography school. Based in both Arizona and California, Optiwise Digital was given the reins to manage the Arizona paid search budget in late April 2025. In just the first full month of management, we built a brand-new account structure—segmenting targeting and keywords by focusing on high-converting terms near the lab locations, while also driving traffic through research-based terms within a strict geographic radius.

The Results:
May 2025 was the client’s best-ever month for information sessions booked in Arizona—a virtual session where potential students meet with admissions counselors. Year over year, info session bookings in AZ increased 541%, while session attendees rose 869% YoY, indicating not just an increase in lead volume, but also a strong improvement in lead quality.

Revive Med Spa – Growth in a Regulated Market

Advertising for med spas comes with strict compliance hurdles—especially when services involve injectables, regenerative medicine, or terminology that may violate Google’s healthcare policies. For Revive Med Spa, generating local leads without triggering ad disapprovals or account limitations was a consistent barrier.

Optiwise Digital focused on getting qualified clients through the door by promoting non-sensitive services as entry points (e.g., facials, skin rejuvenation, and body treatments). The idea was simple: let the med spa team build in-person client relationships and educate on additional offerings during consultations.

To reduce ad account risk, we partnered with the client to build a compliant micro-site. This microsite allowed us to limit flagged keywords and isolate landing pages from the main site, improving both ad performance and policy alignment.

The Results: Since launching in 2021, Revive Med Spa has seen steady, scalable growth. Starting with just $5,700 in ad spend and 224 leads, the campaign has evolved to generate over 480 leads in 2025 alone—at a reduced CPL of just $13.66. The client is now on pace to double their annual ad spend for the first time, reporting stronger in-office conversions and year-over-year profit growth.

B2B Client – Leader in Mechanical and Plant Engineering

Since 2021, we’ve partnered with one of the world’s leading mechanical and plant engineering firms. Headquartered in Germany, they specialize in cutting-edge solutions across robot-based automation, painting, and environmental technology. Our collaboration was driven by their goal to increase sales and market presence in the United States—a strategic move to expand their global footprint.

Using a combination of PMAX, Search, and Display campaigns to both drive leads and build awareness in new markets, Optiwise Digital has increased lead volume by 282% from the start of 2021 through the end of 2024. So far in 2025, accounts are on pace to exceed 2024’s conversion volume by 30%, while ad spend is projected to increase by only 21% year over year.

The Results: In addition to driving volume, Optiwise Digital has successfully reduced cost per lead (CPL). When we took over in 2021, CPL was $84; as of May 2025, it stands at $56—an improvement of 32%.

Scalable Growth Across 600+ Dental Locations

A large Dental Service Organization with over 600 locations across 20+ states. Since 2020, Optiwise has collaborated with both internal and external partners to execute a comprehensive digital strategy spanning multiple channels of the digital marketing funnel—including email, display, geo-fencing, Performance Max, Google Search, and Yelp.

Over the past five years, we’ve worked with the client to improve account structure, enhance creative assets, and implement full-funnel tracking (down to the appointment level). This data-driven approach has allowed us to refine bid strategies and deliver consistent year-over-year improvement.

The Results: 74K appointments booked in 2022. 98K in 2023 151K in 2024 Currently on pace for 208K in 2025.

From 2022 to projected 2025 totals, ad spend is up 130%, while appointment volume is up 181%. At the same time, cost per appointment has improved by 21%, decreasing from $68 in 2022 to $54 in 2025.
